How do I install the display in a Limo / VF3?
Start by confirming the correct mount for your vehicle and checking the display position before securing it. Grouping Limo / VF3 in the video library does not mean that every version uses the same mounting kit.
Steps and checks
- Prepare the model, year, dashboard photo and selected display size, then match them to the supplied kit.
- Test-fit the mount at the instructed location. Check visibility and access to the vehicle’s controls.
- Secure the correct kit following its instructions and check sliding travel before attaching the display. Do not force a mount whose contact surfaces do not fit.
- Connect the supplied power unit, align the display with its mount and check the contacts. Once powered, test sliding movement and cable slack.
Before use: With the car stationary, check stability at the mounting base and display position. Send front and side photos to UltraCar if placement is unclear.

How do I install the rear-seat display mount?
A rear-seat display mount must suit the seat structure and passenger position. Confirm the headrest type, mounting-point spacing and display size before installation.
Steps and checks
- Compare the supplied parts with the installation video. Set the seat and headrest to their normal positions to assess mounting space.
- Position and align the mounting base, then secure its fastening points as instructed. Check stability before attaching the display.
- Attach the display and adjust its viewing angle for the rear passenger. Check clearance while adjusting the seat and headrest.
- Route cables clear of seat rails and folding mechanisms, leaving enough slack for seat adjustment.
Before use: Recheck the fasteners after changing the angle. If the headrest is integrated or differs from the video, confirm the mounting method first.

What does the rear-seat display mount look like?
When evaluating a rear-seat mount, examine its seat attachment, display holder and adjustment clearance separately. The video helps you compare the actual bracket shape rather than only the installed display.
Steps and checks
- Inspect the seat attachment to assess whether it suits the headrest and intended position.
- Match the display holder to your kit and review the locking and removal method before handling it.
- Review the adjustment shown in the footage, then test the position in your vehicle for passenger clearance.
- Check cable routing and power access in both the viewing position and the seat’s adjusted positions.
Before use: When ordering, send a headrest photo and your display details. Similar-looking mounts are not sufficient evidence of compatibility.

What does the universal mount look like? · Video 1
Use the first multifunction-mount video to review the overall bracket and compare it with your dashboard space. Mount selection depends on the actual installation surface as well as the vehicle model.
Steps and checks
- Identify the base, connecting structure and display holder in the footage. Compare them with the kit recommended for your vehicle.
- Photograph the mounting area from the front and side to show its slope, dashboard edges and possible obstructions.
- Test the display position while parked. Check sliding clearance and access to the factory screen, vents and controls.
- Secure the mount only after confirming the fastening method for your supplied kit. A method shown on one car may not suit another.
Before use: Videos 1 and 2 remain separate for easy comparison. Send UltraCar a photo of the proposed mounting position before choosing a bracket.

What does the universal mount look like? · Video 2
The second video provides additional multifunction-mount footage. Compare attachment points and operating clearance with your own kit rather than assuming both videos describe an identical configuration.
Steps and checks
- Compare the bracket shape with the product photos supplied during consultation, especially at the vehicle contact points.
- Check how the display is retained and which points must be secured after adjustment. Do not dismantle parts whose purpose is unclear.
- Test the movement supported by your particular mount while observing power cables and surrounding controls.
- After adjustment, recheck the base and display holder, then test the powered display while stationary.
Before use: If the video differs from your supplied kit, send photos to UltraCar to identify the version before proceeding.

What does the Limo / VF3 mount look like?
The Limo / VF3 mount footage helps you inspect the bracket before attaching a display. Match the vehicle and mount version, particularly the base shape and display-holder position.
Steps and checks
- Review the vehicle contact surface and photograph the corresponding dashboard area to assess fit.
- Identify the structure connecting the base and display, then compare the supplied parts and accessories.
- If your kit has a sliding mechanism, check its travel before attaching the display and leave appropriate cable slack.
- For kits with pogo-pin contacts, check alignment when docking the display. Magnets retain the display while the electrical contacts supply power.
Before use: The video group name does not replace a compatibility check. Share the model year, dashboard photo and display size to select the correct bracket.
