UltraCar’s warranty material describes coverage of up to 365 days and one-for-one replacement. Coverage for an individual device and order must be checked against the purchase record, product information and terms confirmed at purchase.
Requesting support
Send your order or purchase details, product name, a description and photos or video. UltraCar will check and explain the next steps and receiving address before you ship the device.
Technical assistance
UltraCar provides setup, operation and app-layout support during use. Lifetime technical support does not mean lifetime free replacement parts. Processing time and costs outside warranty coverage are confirmed case by case.
