A separate dashboard display that retains your original system

UltraCar adds space for navigation, music and compatible apps alongside the original display. Select the mount by model year, trim and dashboard layout. A suitable sliding mount lets you move the UltraCar display aside when you need the factory screen.

13.3 or 16 inches: compare size, processor and memory

The 13.3-inch models use Full HD at 60 Hz; the 16-inch models use 2.5K at 144 Hz. TH13865 has Snapdragon 865 and 8/128 GB; TH13888 has Snapdragon 888 and 12/256 GB; TH16865 has Snapdragon 865 and 12/256 GB; TH16888 has Snapdragon 888 and 12/256 GB. Samsung DeX, multitasking and wireless Android Auto

Samsung DeX with the UltraCar app supports up to five compatible apps in parallel, saved layouts and RACING MODE. The published app compatibility covers Samsung DeX on One UI 8 or earlier. Actual app behaviour depends on the installed software and configuration.

Wireless Android Auto is confirmed for TH13888 in the supplied product guide. Confirm support for the exact other configuration before ordering. Android Auto and DeX are separate modes; the five-app layout is not an Android Auto promise. The display still requires power when using wireless phone connectivity.

12V power, magnetic attachment and Pogo PIN

1. Send your model, year and dashboard photos to confirm fitment and a position clear of sight lines, instruments and airbags.
2. Secure the correct mount and check its fixing points.
3. Connect the supplied adapter to the 12V accessory socket, routing cables clear of controls.
4. Align the locating pins, magnets and Pogo PIN contacts before attaching the display.
5. Configure the interface while parked.

The advertised installation time is around five minutes for a suitable display-and-mount installation. Camera wiring and special positions can take longer. Do not connect directly to a 24V socket without confirming the adapter. Vehicle warranty coverage depends on the manufacturer's policy and installation method.

New mount: five alternatives selected for your vehicle

The new mount is advertised for over 568 vehicle models. Its five alternatives are a vertical folding arm, angled arm, screw clamp, horizontal arm with middle joint and horizontal arm with triangular frame. They are choices, not five arms automatically included in every package. Confirm your supplied mount before ordering.

Optional reverse camera, battery and headrest mount

The reverse camera kit is an optional purchase. Confirm display ports, hardware and vehicle compatibility first. Built-in device cameras, reverse cameras and dashcams are different components; displaying a camera feed does not establish recording support. Face verification depends on the relevant app and permissions.

The optional PIN002 battery is rated at 20,000 mAh and 45 W. With suitable cables and power, Mini HDMI input can also be used with a computer; confirm the supplied equipment. A physical SIM slot is part of the integrated display design, but placement and connectivity depend on hardware version, SIM, network and coverage.

The five-size headrest mount is intended for integrated displays. It may replace the included vehicle mount without increasing the package price; this is a swap, not an additional mount. Standalone price: 999,000 VND without a screen. Sports seats and integrated headrests without compatible posts are excluded.

The reverse camera costs 1,700,000 VND; PIN002 costs 1,200,000 VND. The published 200,000 VND per-order combo discount makes the eligible additions 1,500,000 VND or 1,000,000 VND. Confirm current total, shipping and promotion at checkout.

What comes with the package?

The selected display configuration, a confirmed vehicle-specific mount, carrying bag and three years of the UltraCar app. Reverse cameras and portable batteries are optional extras. Confirm the exact hardware, included parts and fitment before payment.

Questions before purchase

Is this an Apple CarPlay display, HUD or ODO reader?

The supplied TH13888 guide confirms DeX and wireless Android Auto, not CarPlay. RACING MODE shows large speed digits on the display; it is not a windscreen-projected HUD. A speed interface does not confirm access to your vehicle's original odometer data. Discuss these requirements before choosing a package.

Can it play YouTube or record a journey?

Use compatible video entertainment while parked or for rear-seat passengers. Drivers should prioritise navigation and audio on the move. The basic package does not include a dashcam; ask specifically about video recording if required.

Does it include a windscreen clamp or adhesive dashboard mount?

The mounting method is confirmed for your vehicle. Windscreen clamps and adhesive mounts are not automatically included. Send photos of the proposed location first.

Warranty and installation support

UltraCar publishes warranty coverage of up to 365 days, including one-for-one replacement subject to applicable conditions. Confirm the policy for each item and order. Technical support does not mean free lifetime replacement parts. Prepare order details and photos or video when requesting help. Free on-site installation within central Nha Trang or installation at UltraCar's premises is available by prior arrangement.
